What we collect

• Business contact information — your name, business name, and email address, sourced from the SBA's public Small Business Search listings (search.certifications.sba.gov), which publishes this information without a login requirement.
• Messages you send us — anything you email to hello@recompetereport.com or reply to one of our emails with.
• Payment information — when checkout is live, payments will be handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles that directly.

What we use it for

• To send you a sample report and, if you order one, the full report you paid for.
• To send occasional emails about the service, always with an opt-out.
• To respond to messages you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run Recompete Report (email delivery, payment processing).
• We don't buy or use SAM.gov entity registration contact data for outreach — only public SBA Small Business Search listings.

How to opt out

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, or email unsubscribe@recompetereport.com with the address you want removed. See the unsubscribe page for details. We honor opt-out requests within 1 business day.

Data retention

We keep contact information for as long as it's useful for the service described above, or until you ask us to delete it. Once you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list so we don't email you again, and remove it from active marketing lists.
